Chinese New year is coming up! (aka tet) Mom decided to give us a head start by eating some delicious chinese food. Presenting “fan tuan.”
It originated from Shanghai, but it’s also eaten in Hong Kong and Taiwan. You usually eat this with Soy milk (my little bowl in the picture). This fan tuan has pork shreds. It looks like a carpet. hahaha
I ate this in Southern California. We sat after her class and ate it. Man, that thing can be so greasy. But it’s SO GOOD! Get some!!! :]
