Make your own food Monday…
We made pizza because my friend Marcelle wanted some. I think bread dough > all-purpose flour dough. Does anyone out there have any awesome pizza making tips??PS. What kind of pineapples should I use to cook on pizza? The ones we got became very sour on the pizza even though it was very sweet. hahaha

Came a long way

It’s been over a year since I started this blog. It started off as a channel for me to remember how to cook certain things. I challenged myself to cook every Sunday, but that definitely failed. Now, I just cook whenever I can. That’s the best part with living at home — I have someone to cook for me (Thanks Mom!).

Sweet Rice with Jackfruit (instead of the typical mango sweet rice)

I have always included nutrition facts or something interesting about food, and that’s what I will continue to do. This blog has been my way to share what I learned or know because not many of us have had the same opportunities as I did.

Pizza on french bread

I mean, there’s just so many ways you can cook food and there’s just so much history to it. I find food really interesting and of course delicious. It’s been around for thousands of years, but we’re still learning more about them! We know more than we did before, but food is just incredibly amazing!

My very first time making roses and decorating a cake

The real purpose for this post is to thank those who have stuck by me from the very beginning. Those of course include my friends but also other readers like drunkennightparties or melodyfury or cookclean (who no longer exists in the tumblr world because she deactivated her blog :[ ).

Papayas fresh off our tree

I’ve got many unfollows because who knows why, but I’ve met some amazing people with such amazing knowledge! I’ve had debates about fluoride, and I’ve read numerous posts about running. Through Tumblr, I discovered foodspotting, and I was able to meet new people!!! (and we don’t talk about food all the time either, which is really nice) So thank you thank you for everything. I don’t mind not being “tumblr famous” because none of that really matters to me, but it means a lot to me that y’all find food as interesting as I do, and have took your time to talk to me about whatevers!

Thank you little sister for making me this beautiful stitch cake. <3 My 21st birthday

Thank you! Pictures were all my favorite ones <3 I love my food journey so far. <3
PS. I GOT ONE MORE “FACEBOOK LIKE” FOR THIS PAGE! HAHA! Little things make me so happy! <3

“Wow that’s creative”
haha, not really. I really don’t like wasting food so today for my brother’s lunch I made him some pizza on…FRENCH BREAD! haha I didn’t have any more pizza sauce, and guess what! I found ketchup (the fast food packs like in-n-out)…that’s close to tomato sauce right? haha. I used all the other leftovers I found in my fridge from the last time I made pizza. Put them together, preheated it for 350F and voila! My family friend tried some because she thought it was so cool, easy, smart, and creative. She liked it. I thought it was good too, the only thing is…the ketchup’s flavor definitely filled my taste buds
Directions
Slice the french bread. One of those ketchup packs should fit on one french bread slice. Preheat at 350F Top your topping. Put it on a baking sheet. Cook for about 10-13 minutes (until the cheese is all melted) @ 350F
How much money did I spend today? 0$! I love these kinds of meals!

Guess the Pizza

Could you guess which pizza is mine? I remember making this pizza in high school so for dinner last night, I decided to make it for the fam. It didn’t turn out the way I wanted to so I was determined to try again until I got it right. So this time, I just researched on different things and made my own style and… SUCCESS!

Yay for homemade pizza! You get so much leftovers! and the great thing is, you can put any topping you want and as much as you want! :]

So guess which pizza is mine. The answer is found (here) <—recipe is there too

And on the side note, my sister is making my birthday cake. :] wish her luck.
