Nothing should get left behind: Spaghetti

My dad has always told me that fried rice is a great way to use all your leftovers. Well, when you get tired of eating rice, you can use spaghetti!

For this dish, I created an olive oil based sauce. I sauted it with garlic and then added cilantro. I used my nose to smell the rich flavor and then added the heated/cooked chicken, cauliflower, and shitake mushrooms.Tossed in the cooked spaghetti, and voila!

It’s an easy way to cook it and save money. This took me 30 minutes to do! No salt was added except in the pot for cooking the spaghetti. You can add salt and pepper to taste. This was all of the things I found in my refrigerator/pantry, and it’s healthIER than using the prego sauce that was also available in my fridge. Whatever makes you happy, though!
