Sinh To Bo

If you’re a fan of vietnamese smoothies like I am, then this is for you. With the fresh avocados that we picked and let it sit for a couple of days for it to ripen up, I made it into a smoothie. My mom used to make this for us when we came here with her because our neighbor would just give us so many huge avocados that we didn’t know what to do with them so she’d make us smoothies!

This time, I wanted to make them myself. I used the traditional ingredients: condensed milk, milk, sugar, and the fruit itself. Just blended it all together with ice. Kept adding more stuff just to get the right taste. I like mine sweet with still the fruit flavor. Brother likes his sweet.

It turned out good for my first time. It’s easy to make and easy to get the way you want it. The key ingredient is the condensed milk because it sweetens the shake. Enjoy.
