Very Peachy

So, after eating at Alan Wong’s in Hawaii, I was craving for some sorbet. Like I said in my earlier post, I now can make icecream/sorbet/sherbet/yogurt/etc…with things I find in the fridge. So what did I make? PEACH SORBET! Peach is in season! YAY! I love peaches! We have a peach tree outside and every summer we would pick em! I used to rub the fur on the peach on my chin for some reason and it’ll always hurt me. haha silly me

It was my first time making this sorbet. If anyone is planning on using an icecream machine, make sure the container this has been in the freezer and is frozen before you use it for the machine.

The (recipe) provided is the amount of each item that I like in mine. You can adjust it to your liking. Whenever I make anything with fruits, I like having more of the fruit flavor than anything else. Thus, in this recipe, it’ll taste like you’re eating a peach. I think that’s the best part of a sorbet.

Did You Know: Before sorbets were considered as a cold dessert, it was actually used as medicine? Weird huh. And the origin of sorbet is not well known but most agree that it’s from the Middle East. Totally did not expect that.
