No food is a BAD food
It is easy for a nutrition person like me to say that those food with saturated fat is BAD for you. People often see posters of GOOD food and BAD food. It is easy to find yourself conforming to these categories.
The truth is though, in high amounts, any food can be BAD for you. You can get toxicity from vitamins or minerals and those are the things that are prized so highly.

My professor Dr. Freedman created this wonderful program at Most Holy Trinity Church last summer (My school should be so proud of it). It incorporates two of the main tools that highlight the importance of being healthy: physical activity and healthy eating.

My dad has always told me that fried rice is a great way to use all your leftovers. Well, when you get tired of eating rice, you can use spaghetti!
